Cancellation Policy

BEFORE BOOKING WITH REDDIE HAIR, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: - ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. - Cash is not accepted. Accepted payment methods are Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. - All prices listed are base rate (starting prices). Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the customer's hair and preferred style. - Every service includes a shampoo, conditioning treatment, and blow-dry (if needed). - Hair is included with all extension services unless otherwise stated. - A booking confirmation will be sent to the phone number provided 24–72 hours before your scheduled appointment. - A non-refundable deposit and valid copy of photo ID is required to finalize confirmation. - No call, No show? Your appointment will be cancelled, deposit will be forfeited, and you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. - No extra guests are permitted unless previously approved. - A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $25 late fee will be charged to the card on file. If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. - If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance. - If you are dissatisfied with your final product, please let me know before leaving your appointment. I will do my best to address any concerns. Once you leave without expressing your concerns, no refunds or adjustments will be issued. - Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment if deemed service-related. This does not include normal frizz, new growth, or improper maintenance. - Appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. - The remaining balance (after deposit) is due at the beginning of your appointment time. - Same-day or squeeze-in appointments are subject to a $45 convenience fee, due at the time of booking. - Your previous style must be removed before your appointment. Take-down services are available for $45 per hour. - Photos and videos of services may be captured for marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let me know before your appointment begins. - Reddie Hair reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if a client's hair or scalp condition, behavior, or requested style compromises the quality of the service or the health and safety of the client or stylist.
